2004 and 2013, the Foundation has awarded $1,646,850 in scholarships for 779

In addressing the recipients who gathered for the award ceremony at the Elks

also for the preservation of rights and freedoms, the cornerstone of our democracy.

All of you, because of your hard work, perseverance and intelligence, have earned

scholarships to college and graduate school. Your education will clear the paths for

your laudable pursuits. On behalf of the staff and Board of Trustees of the SBM

Charitable Foundation, we are very proud of you and wish you great success.”
